From first inquiry to delivery at your port — a clear, seven-step process.
Tell us your product, quantity, and destination port. We respond with an initial specification and indicative pricing.
We ship product samples along with a Certificate of Analysis for your evaluation and internal approval.
Once specification is confirmed, we finalize quantity, packaging, pricing, and Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CFR) in a purchase agreement.
Your order enters a dedicated production run — washed, buffered, compressed, and packed to your specification.
Every batch is tested for EC, pH, and moisture before packing. Lab reports are prepared for your shipment.
Containers are palletized, shrink-wrapped, and loaded. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading are prepared.
Your container is shipped to the agreed port of destination, with tracking and documentation provided throughout transit.
